Bears
Description: Protective of their young, lumbering, yet nimble and swift at times, these animals are a joy to watch. Whether they're foraging around in the woods or fields for berries and edibles or playing with their cubs they are one amazing animal.

Elk
Description: Photos of the Pennsylvania elk in and around Clearfield County, the Quehanna Wild area and surrounding communities. Facinating, majestic and interesting to observe. During September and October the bulls are a powerful presence as they eerily bugle and clash horns with would be contenders for the female cows favor.
